Join a delightful culinary adventure as we recreate a full South Indian feast! š¶ļø This unique, hands-on course will immerse participants in the vibrant flavors of Southern India, using fresh ingredients like tamarind, coconut, curry leaves, and a variety of spices.
Participants will have the opportunity to cook traditional dishes from several southern states, including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, and Karnataka. Typical recipes include:
